MOYEN POODLE

Haggard is a AKC, Blue Merle, Moyen Poodle, the European size between the Standard and the Mini. Merle is a fading pattern, not a coloring. Technically he is a black poodle with a fading gene. He is about 35 lbs so his pups should be smaller, running in the 35-55 lb range - a nice medium size. Everyone who meets him wants him! He has a very delightful, affectionate and funny personality. He runs like the wind and gets along with everyone but is not hyper and is very well-behaved in the house. He was not companioned out for a number of years because we were so in love with him, however, he got a little too big for his britches and, as a breeding dog, was not safe around the other, larger males. We sadly had to companion him out for his own safety, but are so thrilled with the wonderful home he is in! They ADORE him and he has become their own, but when he comes to breed he remembers he still loves me too…:))

STANDARD POODLE

Loki is a AKC Standard Parti Poodle, with a beautiful mix of white, black, grey and small hints of tan. He loves to be groomed and loves to be doted on, his eye expressions are adorable as you pet and brush him. He is a little over 50 lbs and doesn’t think twice about sitting on your feet or sitting on your lap, he knows where to get the attention! Loki currently lives with a companion family along with another McKenzie doodle and 2 tween kids, and has decided all the dog toys belong to him. Loki is gentle with other dogs and people of all ages. He is well behaved in the house, loves running freely in the field, and looks forward to morning and evening family routines. Loki loves to play with his older doodle sister and is the first to find the bone in a game of hide and seek. His tail is constantly wagging and knows where his family is as at all times. We all love Loki’s happy smiles and disposition, he is definitely the Party Poodle.

SMAL STANDARD POODLE

Parker (son of our beloved Haggard!) is energetic and oh so smart! He is cuddly and loves to spend the evening curled up on the couch with his puppy brother and family. He is the master of tag, fetch, and puppy pushups (with payment of treats of course!). He gives the best hugs and loves to be held like he was when he was a puppy. As soon as the sun goes down, he is ready for bed, and is a good imitator of a rug when he sleeps. He is just about 50 pounds and is a perfectly medium pup!

MOYEN POODLE

River is a red and white Moyen Poodle. He lives with his Companion Home family. He is very sturdy and is just full of himself. He loves attention, repeat, loves attention and is not shy requesting the same from everyone. BED HOG! Loves to play stalking games with anyone willing. He is very smart and especially knows how to sit, watch, take it to your bed, GET OUTTA THERE (kidding)(somewhat) among others.

STANDARD POODLE

Rory is our AKC red standard poodle! He comes from the original kennels that worked to produce this color in the standard size poodle, breeding up from the mini poodle to get it. He has Shangri La, Majestic, and Leather Stocking lines. He is getting older now but he is still red! Quite an accomplishment for a poodle! He has a personality to die for with a very gentle and sweet disposition that loves everyone as well as other animals. He is living in a wonderful companion home where he is adored and pampered as he so deserves!

STANDARD POODLE

Rusty is our AKC red standard poodle! He is larger than Rory at about 65 pounds, with magnificent conformation. Rusty lives in Northern Virginia with his companion home family, who love him. They say: "Rusty is a good and trusting soul. While he loves to play and walk, he is quite content to lie down at your feet and get an occasional touch just to know he is your companion; a sweet and loving dog.

STANDARD POODLE

Kipling is an AKC red standard poodle and will be a new doodle dad in 2024 once he passes all of his health tests. Kipling is playful, charming, and has a huge heart! He lives in his forever home with his amazing family and his irish doodle fur brother! Kipling is great with other dogs, children, and was quick to train. We cannot wait to see him pass his deep red color and all his smarts off to his future pups!

OLD ENGLISH SHEEPDOG

Here is our beloved, Huck (short for Huckleberry). He is an amazing boy and while he is a dad to our sheepadoodles, he is also one of our house pets! His hips are great, and his DNA clear. This guy is so goofy and comical. He is a true delight! He is loving, social, and guileless, always thinking you are as excited to be with him as he is with you ;) He is a big, gorgeous boy who takes his job of guarding his ‘herd’ very seriously, and although cautious about strangers, he warms up quickly! He is a super clown but is very smart so a wonderful combination!

BERNESE MOUNTAIN DOG

Meet our Hungarian import, Burley! He is imported from Budapest, Hungary! He is from the same champion show breeder that our Eesey is from. He is a wonderful fellow with the most friendly, social personality. He and Eesey seem to have an innate bond and really like each other :) He is 110-120 lbs of happy, outgoing fun! He has a very kind personality and loves his companion family and can’t get enough time with them! We are THRILLED to have him in such a wonderful and devoted home! He produces some truly lovely Bernedoodles with our poodle moms! Needless to say, these are not small dogs, but they are just the BEST for those who love the big, protective and loving BMD cross!

BERNESE MOUNTAIN DOG

Teach is the amazing son of our Bernese Mountain Dogs Burley & Eesey! He has his mom’s loving smile and beauty, and the big build and loving nature of his dad! He is a playful, fun, and sweet boy who loves everyone with his endearing smile. He lives with his companion family and enjoys life with their 4 young children!

Tullymore (Tully) is our new male Irish Setter. He is a deep red color and should produce the most beautiful colored pups. He is very outgoing, playful, and loves everyone! He especially enjoys the company of other animals and aims to make you proud! He is very charming and such a sweet boy - we cannot wait to see him become a McKenzie’s Doodle dad in 2024 once he clears all of his health tests!

Carl (yes his name is Carl) is the Dad to our MckNugget puppies. He is the most delightful creature on four legs you’ll ever meet! He never ceases to put a smile on our faces and make us laugh! To say he loves people (especially kids!), animals, and life is a total understatement. He is the sunshine on a cloudy day. He is low/no shed, hypoallergenic and, well, wonderful! His pups are to DIE for and love everyone, something rare in a small breed and why we chose him to be the dad to our smaller doodles! We have had no regrets, except, maybe, that we cannot keep ALL of them!
