  • Bella is a tri-color standard poodle who will be a future mama in our bernedoodle line. She is a lovely, sweet, and smart girl who is being raised in a wonderful family with two kids and two other dogs - including a mckenzie's irish doodle!

  • Maverick is a handsome boy with a calm, gentle temperament and a heart as big as he is. He is the son of our own Trendy and Teach, and the grandson of our original Hungarian imports, Burley and Eesey, who laid the foundation for our Bernedoodle program. Maverick loves spending time with his guardian family, whether it’s going for walks, riding in the car, or snuggling on the couch. When he’s outside, he is happiest relaxing in the yard, quietly watching the world around him. Maverick also loves roughhousing and playing with his German Shepherd brother. His sweet, loyal nature and easygoing personality make him a beloved member of his guardian family.

  • Ima is a Hungarian line Bernese Mountain Dog, born and raised here at McKenzie’s Doodles. She is the daughter of our own Trendy and Teach, and the granddaughter of our original Hungarian imports, Burley and Eesey, who laid the foundation for our Bernedoodle program. Her name, Ima, means "mother" in Hebrew, a fitting name for a dog with such a nurturing spirit. Ima is incredibly kind, loving, and gentle, always happiest by your side. She loves to gently offer her paw, lean in for affection, and greet everyone with her signature Bernese smile. Ima adores car rides, is wonderful with children, and gets along beautifully with other dogs and cats. Her calm, affectionate personality is exactly what we love about the Bernese Mountain Dog and the qualities we are proud to carry forward in our Bernedoodle puppies.

  • Loki is an AKC Standard Parti Poodle with a striking blend of white, black, grey, and subtle hints of tan. Weighing just over 50 lbs, he’s known for his calm and mellow personality. Loki adores being groomed and enjoys the attention, his gentle eyes always expressing pure contentment as he’s pampered.

    Loki lives with his Guardian Family, another McKenzie’s Doodle, and two tween children. His easygoing nature makes him great with all ages and other dogs. Whether he’s inside relaxing or running freely in the field, Loki is always content and happy to participate in daily family routines. He loves curling up on laps or sitting quietly at your feet, always seeking affection.

Ms. Nina Simone is our merle bernedoodle (purple string girl from the Yeeva/Dickens December 2018 litter) and Aretha Franklin is our tri‐color bernedoodle (purple string girl from the Stevie/Burley January 2021 litter). They have opposite personalities. Nina is kind, quiet, calm, and loving. Aretha is our 85lb wrecking ball with a heart or gold ‐ she always has a smile on! They both love begging for food and playing in the yard. We live in Italy now and doodles are not common so they always are the center of attention any time we go out on walks. They are best friends and inseparable. Thank you to McKenzie’s Doodles for everything you do and giving us our best friends and family members!

We have a great life with the two bernedoodle boys! Titan is an F1 Bernedoodle (Penny/Burley August 2019 litter) and is 80 lbs, and Odin is an F1 Bernedoodle  (Penny/Teach August 2022 litter) and is 60 lbs. They both are so loving and loyal. They have fun together and are very smart, and sometimes stubborn. They love to wrestle and chase each other on walks! They are big snugglers too. We can’t imagine life without them!

Lucy and Winston who are both bernedoodles from McKenzie’s Doodles! My friends loved Lucy so much, they decided they needed a bernedoodle from McKenzie’s as well! Winston is from the February 2020 Piper and Dickens litter and Lucy is from the Eesey and Willy August 2017 litter! They absolutely love playing and are so sweet together. Winston is about 75 pounds and almost 10 months, and Lucy is 65 pounds! Winston (even though he is still a pup) is much calmer than Lucy. We think that he has more of the Berner personality and Lucy has much more of a poodle personality! They are both so different but so sweet!

Archie was the red string boy from the Penny & Teach F1 Bernedoodle litter that went home in a February. He is 60 pounds and six months old. We call him a big teddy bear and he loves to snuggle and lets our three year-old lay on top of him. He follows my husband around like his shadow and is just such a loving dog! He definitely loves getting into trouble such as eating socks, and digging! But he also wants to be everybody’s best friend and is the fan favorite of the neighborhood.
