I couldn’t be happier with my Kenzie, the goldendoodle! I waited a very long 9 months to get the top selection of the litter so I could get my ‘merle’. I fell in love with her ‘cousin’ in Viginia Beach and they encouraged me to contact McKenzie’s Doodles and I am so glad I did! They were informative and caring and it’s so obvious how much they love their dogs. We started Kenzie in play groups and obedience training and I’m happy to report she passed her Canine Good Citizen Test. Now she comes to work with me every day and is our resident therapist. I couldn’t be happier with her and with my experience selecting a puppy from McKenzie Doodles!

Theo is an F1 Goldendoodle (Chili & Rory litter) and has been a certified therapy dog for 5 years now and loves making the rounds at libraries and schools to read to kids, hospitals, and nursing homes. He is so gentle, kind, smart, and just the biggest mamas boy. He goes everywhere with us. We love our Theo so so so much and are thankful for this amazing group of people and pups that continue creating such amazing puppies!

Our goldendoodle, Bodie, is such an amazing dog and our lives are so much be􀆩er with him in it! He has an amazing temperament, was very quick/easy to train, and continues to charm everyone he meets! Our 65 lb. ball of fluff gets along with every dog/person he meets and loves cuddling with his family! We continue to be stopped by admirers on our walks around town and we always sing the praises of McKenzie’s Doodles! This past October, Bodie added the title of “big brother” to his resume and has been wonderful with the new addition to our family. Although a little shy at first, he warmed right up to his baby brother and now doesn’t want to leave his side! We are thankful for Bodie every single day and are just waiting for a bigger house un􀆟l we can welcome another McKenzie’s Doodle into our family!

Fiji is an F1B Goldendoodle (Scarlett & Haggard 2022 litter) and our first puppy. Sue answered all of our questions two weeks prior while we were trying to decide to move forward. We met several of their puppies on the take home day before deciding and our kids had a tough time making up their mind. We almost took 2 home that day, but finally decided on one. I would highly recommend McKenzie’s Doodles as our dog is so playful, confident and outgoing.

For retirement, I thought getting a puppy would give me something to do. My wife and I haven’t had a dog in our family for 30+ years since our black lab passed. Knowing that I may be allergic to dogs, my research into breeds showed that the F1B Goldendoodle breed would be a good fit for me. But it was my further research that kept drawing me back to McKenzie’s Doodles. This was three plus years ago and I couldn’t be happier with Hook, our F1B Goldendoodle. McKenzie’s Doodles breeds happy, healthy, calm, and loving doodles. Hook is drawn to people. He is a people pleaser. When meeting any dog family he goes to the humans, not the other dog. We can’t be any happier with our decision to purchase our puppy (now adult) from McKenzie’s Doodles!

I highly recommend McKenzie’s Doodles! Our 3‐year‐old goldendoodle Shelby is definitely our favorite “family member”! From her first day with us, she has been the very best dog. She is, above all else, a people dog. She LOVES meeting new people and knows exactly how to turn on the charm. She is amazing with kids — babies on up to teens! She will intuitively get low to the ground or roll over for a belly rub so that little kids can pet her. She is the ideal travel buddy ‐‐ great in the car on long road trips and adapts perfectly wherever we are staying. McKenzie’s Doodles takes so much care and consideration in selecting excellent parent dogs with wonderful temperaments and gives each puppy love and socialization prior to take home day, and the result is a happy, healthy, amazing family pet!
