Personality & Temperament:
There's no other way to say it: Autumn is 200 lbs of love stuffed into a 50 lbs bag. Seriously, she's so genuinely people-focused that we'll randomly look at her and catch her dreamily adoring us from those bright, amber eyes. She makes everyone around her feel loved and wanted because she truly loves and wants them.Autumn is our AKC-registered Standard Poodle and is our most red dog at a staggering 10/10 intensity. She’s gentle-hearted, mild in energy, and perfectly intuitive. She is respectful to her older brother, Abner the Sheepadoodle, and extremely patient with her younger sister, Penny the Poodle. Autumn's favorite thing is lounging on the floor next to our three-year-old daughter while keeping a single, gentle, caring paw on her while she plays.
And chasing the cats.Autumn completed basic and intermediate obedience training with flying colors and she was the star of the entire class with how eager she is to please and learn. This girl is a true gem… a ruby, specifically!
Guardian Family:
Isaac knew he was in trouble when, after driving from Virginia to the deep Midwest, he locked eyes with the ruby-red little girl who would become Autumn. The moment they started their road trip home, it was an immediate bond unlike any other. Isaac called Kayla 15 minutes into the drive and said, "We're keeping this one. We'll be her Guardian family because nobody else can have her." Since then, Autumn has grown into an exceptional mama. We trust her entirely with our child, our other dogs, and her own puppies, which she handles wonderfully. We couldn't be more proud of the decision to hog her to ourselves.Autumn

Roy "Red" is our AKC-registered dark Golden Retriever, lovingly nicknamed for his stunning 8/10 red-intensity coat, a rare shade for the breed. He’s a classic Golden Retriever through and through - happy, social, and full of heart. Red has a sunny personality and a gentle spirit, and he’s never met a person he didn’t love. He enjoys everything that involves people, from visits to the vet and grooming appointments to soaking up belly rubs and attention. He weighs 61 pounds and loves playing fetch, going on walks, and curling up on the couch. Raised alongside toddlers and other dogs, Red is patient, affectionate, and a true family companion.

Annie is a playful and social F1 Goldendoodle (50% golden retriever & 50% poodle). She is the daughter of our Golden Retriever, Osgood, and our Poodle, Rusty. Annie carries strong Golden Retriever traits as she is incredibly social, happy, kind, always smiling, and loves being with her family. She weighs 55 pounds and adores kids, especially her human brother! She has a wavy red non-shedding coat. Annie lives with her loving Guardian Family and two fur sisters who are also part of our breeding program.

Juniper (affectionately called Juni!), is a dark red standard poodle with a 9/10 red intensity. She is very friendly, polite, and such a sweet girl. Juni is 45 lbs and lives a few towns away with her wonderful Guardian Family and goldendoodle sister Frankie, also from McKenzie's! Juni is very people-oriented, athletic, and intelligent.
